Gluten and Dairy-free and NO refined sugar (Plant-based)
When I was making no cook pumpkin spice play dough with the kids, I thought what I am going to do with the other half of pumpkin puree! I hate wasting food and I found out exactly what to do. That’s why I want to share these yummy healthy brownies for you just in time for the holidays.

I have been gluten and dairy-free for over three years and I really have been loving it. About two years ago I came up with a gluten and dairy-free chocolate chip cookie, you can check that out here! I have made these healthy brownies with cooked sweet potato as well. But it is really is up to you what you use because I think they taste pretty much the same way when I use pumpkin puree.

What you need for these healthy brownies
For the brownie:
½ cup coconut flour
½ cup of cocoa powder
¾ cup natural honey
½ cup natural peanut butter
½ can of pumpkin puree (or mashed sweet potato)
For the Frosting:
½ cup cocoa powder
¼ organic coconut oil
3tbsp. natural honey
Optional: walnuts, peanuts, pistachios, cranberries, almonds (for Topping)

Easy no bake recipe
Mix all the brownie ingredients together and put in a 9×5 dish. Then mix the frosting ingredients and add to the toping if you want. I add these to the fridge for thirty minutes before I cut them. The taste great cold. This is the easiest sweet treat that I made, and I love making these sweet chocolatey treats. They are full of protein and they are perfect for a craving I get (usually once a month).

I hope you take the time to try these brownies. If you enjoyed them, please share, and save to come back. Happy holidays! Love ya, Mary xoxo
